to join our London based sales team.
This is a great opportunity for a financially-driven individual with experience in a similar
foreign exchange business to join us and make an impact at a time of company growth.
We want to hire people who are keen to learn about the industry and its products. These
people will then learn how Foreign Exchange affects a business in order to provide our
clients with the best solution. In return, we will offer you the training, the tools, the
environment and the support to build your capabilities and become an integral part of the
team.
You will build an understanding of what we offer, supplement this with your own reading
up on FX and markets and get input, guidance from our experienced sales team and
managers who will be around you. Initially you will be provided with prospects to call, then
over time you will be able to build your own prospect database to contact. You will phone
the clients, explain what we do, build a great rapport and ideally get us to the point where
we can have a further phone call or meet them face-to-face.
This role can be the stepping stone to a move into the lucrative revenue generating Senior
Sales positions.
Key Responsibilities
• Build an understanding of Foreign Exchange, International Payments and the services
we offer. Use this knowledge to gain interest from clients. Ensure the calls are effective
leading to either further pre-arranged phone calls with a Senior Salesperson or a face-
to-face meeting.
• Build and maintain an understanding of the clients that you will be calling and
understand their foreign exchange and international payment needs as well as their
current process when it comes to FX. Use this to make targeted, effective phone calls.
• Build an understanding of the regulations and guidance, which affect this role and our
company and ensure that you adhere to them, keep up to date with them. Attend any
related training.
• Ensure the CRM system is kept up to date, provide any reports or data as required.
• Play an active role in the organic growth of the business.

• Every job in our company requires good attention to detail and the willingness to roll
your sleeves up and get stuck in. We are an exciting growing business, so everyone is
expected to muck in together to make it successful.
We will consider anyone from any background. You don’t have to be working in finance
or direct sales already. Some of our current employees have degrees; some don’t so this
is not a determining factor. But the common theme of the above listed values and skill sets
are key.

maximum of 30 days annual leave, plus public/bank holidays
