The application process is straightforward and, assuming our compliance checks don’t require you to supply any additional information, you could be able to trade within 24 hours.
Simply complete the online registration form, choosing a Business or Private account application. We will notify you when your account is active and there is no obligation to trade with us but having an account allows us to quote you live prices.
All funds are held in segregated ring-fenced client accounts at Barclays Bank PLC. These do not form any part of the company’s assets and could not be touched by creditors. Barclays Bank PLC does not monitor how CIP operate these accounts.
There are no charges to use our telephone broking service or the new online payment platform, however some overseas banks charge a sending/receiving fee which is out of our control.
Instruct your bank to send funds to our safeguarded client account at Barclays - this could be done online, via an app. or by going into your branch. We do not accept cash or cheques. Our banking coordinates are detailed on the contract note which we will email to you after you have agreed an exchange rate or bought currency online via our platform.
